My transaction was declined. Why? Who should I contact?

If you are trying to make a deposit but your transaction is declined or you are experiencing an issue with the payment page, there are several possible reasons:

 

• Your balance is insufficient: check your bank account and try again

• You made an error in your information (card number, expiration date, etc.): check your details and try again

• You have reached your deposit limit: try again later when your limit allows it

• A technical issue occurred at the bank: try again later and contact your bank in the meantime

• You have activated a pause on our site: you must wait until the set period ends before making a new deposit
