I sent my documents to authenticate my account, but I haven't received a response yet. Why?

Processing and validating your documents takes on average a few days during our customer service opening hours.

However, the processing time may sometimes be longer for various reasons: if one of the documents sent is expired, if your residential address is no longer current, etc. Our teams do their best to avoid excessive waiting times. Thank you in advance for your patience!

 

If you authenticate your account via Itsme or by taking live photos, your account will be authenticated in just a few minutes.
