I can no longer log into my account. Why?

If you can no longer log into your account, several reasons are possible:

 

1. Did you forget your password?

If you have entered the wrong password several times, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. It is also possible that you simply forgot your password.

What to do?
Use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password. If your account remains locked, contact our customer service.

 

2. Do you have an active Self-Exclusion?

If you have activated a self-exclusion, access to your account is blocked for the entire duration of this exclusion.

In this case, it is not possible to reactivate your account before the exclusion period ends.

 

3. Has your account been closed?

If your account was blocked for violating our terms and conditions, you can review them for more information.

4. Do you think it is a technical issue?

5. Check your login information

The information entered (email address or password) may be incorrect.

You can log in via itsme and then check under the “Personal Data” tab that the email address associated with your account is correct. If you want to change it, contact our customer service.
