What is the default weekly limit?

As of 20 October 2022, Belgian regulations require a default limit of €200 per week. This amount is fixed and applies to the last 7 days, just like a personal weekly limit.

Example: At 16:30 on Tuesday 11/04/2023, my default weekly limit includes all deposits made since 16:30 on the previous Tuesday, 04/04/2023.

If you want to turn off this default limit, you can make a request via your account settings. This request will then be sent to the Belgian Gaming Commission

Your request will be automatically accepted after a period of 72 hours, except for people known to be in default of payment by the Belgian Individual Credit Register, who will retain the €200 per week limit.

If your request is refused, we unfortunately cannot help you.

If you think your request has been refused by mistake, you can contact the National Bank of Belgium by email or by phone to ask why it was denied:
